Top Cat's Equivalent Fractions

In Maths Stage 6, this and last term we have been focusing on learning about fractions. Our focus last week was Equivalent Fractions (different fractions that mean the same).
This HERE is an activity we had to do.

In this activity we had to colour in a box that is equivalent to the one that is inline with that collum in the bottom row. I found this activity easy because I love fractions and hard because I couldn't tell which number was which because of the font.

  1. Hi Charlie, it's great to see you sharing your learning on your blog. Looks like you id a great job of the equivalent fractions even though you found it a bit hard. Well done for persevering.

  2. It's interesting that the font had an impact on your learning in this activity Charlie. It's something to remember when we are presenting our learning to someone else.
What is your favourite font? Mine is Questial as I want the newsletter and other things I share with parents to be easy on the eye to read.
